365 Grateful Project | Week Five, day 29-35

» Day 29

School started, and so did the commuting. I’m really grateful that I decided to get an iPad now. I have our schedule synced in the calendar, I can easily make notes without wasting paper and I have some entertainment while traveling to and from school!

» Day 30

This is my friend Andreas, and I am so grateful having met him. He is the kindest, most unselfish person ever. I can be completely myself around him and he accepts me and likes me for being me. He’s always there to listen, give advice and make me feel happy again. He’s always ready to help out with computer problems or camera problems, and he lends stuff without hesitation. We have so much fun no matter what we do and he’s just an amazing person and awesome friend.

» Day 31

I sat at a café, in a dark corner, by myself with a cup of tea reading Edgar Allan Poe. Just relaxed and enjoyed myself. It was nice :)

» Day 32

I cannot really grasp it yet, it’s hard to wrap my head around it but.. I am really studying to become a professional photographer. I now go to school everyday, meet my class and everything we do it photo related! It’s so much fun and I am ever grateful for this opportunity and I will cherish it dearly!

» Day 33

The second year students of photography had arranged a party for us “newbies”. It was really great and a lot of fun! Got to talk more to other people in the class, and me and Nadim (whom I’ve become good friends with) had a lot of fun. The other students were great, asking us how it all felt and answered our questions about the education and stuff. Also it was nice music and some food! Really glad they arranged it :D

» Day 34

Had such a hard time choosing a picture from today, cause I took a lot. Linn came to Gothenburg from Jönköping, and we met up with Andreas, Jon and Kim + a friend of Linn’s. Then we ate at pizza hut, did some shopping at a huge second hand store, had some coffé and then we did some grocery shopping – all while having a lot of fun. Then we met up with some more people and went to Andreas place for an awsome party. Lot’s do drink, both wine and beer and cocktails and what not. 2 people made awsome homemade pizza (pizza again!) which was supertasty. We listened to great and fun music, played Yoshi’s Island, Little Big Planet and Worms, enjoyed each others company and smoked a lot of hookah (hence the picture). It was a great mix of great people and I’m grateful to know them all, that I can have so much fun with them and that all of them got along so well. Also grateful to Andreas (again, or well, all the time!) for him letting us party at his place, cause it was a mess later…

» Day 35

Grateful for my second hand finds, and that I now shop second hand a lot. It’s economical and  it exists a lot of great stuff out there! I got a nice, knitted sweater which can be seen here + a lovely leather wallet and purse!

————————————————————————————————————–

The 365 Grateful project is something I recently started, mostly in order to make me feel better and become a better person. The goal is to take one picture every day of something I am grateful for, for an entire year. I hope my photography will evolve along with this. I got this tip from a friend, who showed me a video of the first girl who started 365 Grateful. Check out the video about the original project.
