Valentine’s Day
So, today is the day - february the 14:th – the day of love. Or rather – the day for shops to earn more money by selling red/pink stuff, chocolate and everything heart shaped… I love my Andreas this day, just as much as any other day of the year. Yet, we cannot help but fall for the pressure of this day – tonight we’re having dinner together and then we’re doing somethings he’s planned, I don’t know what O: But he’s promised it’s nothing special/romantic – we’re just spending time together and having a good time!
I read a quote about valentine’s a few days ago, to single people “don’t be sad if you discover that nobody loves you on valentine’s day – it just means that no one loves you all the other days either” . It’s very harsh haha – but true? Sure, there are some romantic people maybe, who wait and tell people that they love them on this day – but mostly I think love and confessions happen in everyday life, when the moment is right or people feel like letting someone know how they feel, there’s no need for a “special day” for that.
Ironically – I’m working with some old lovey-dovey wedding pictures today…. for what? I’ll let you know later ;)
