Meringues & Cupcakes

I really want to take some bright, lovely photos of desserts for my portfolio – cupcakes to be more specific. I knew that my cousin Michelle often bake and that she’s rather good at making pretty cupcakes, so I asked her if she wanted to help out and she did! So did my younger cousin Hannah – the meringues below is her own recipe that she’d made and wanted me to photograph. They were both pretty and delicious!

Michelle’s lovely nails fitted perfectly with the cute, pastel style of the cupcakes so her hands got to model as well! I’m really pleased with the results and I feel these images are a nice addition to my portfolio.

Easter Holidays

Happy Easter everyone! I hope your holidays has been great – mine has! Me and Andreas spent a lot of time outdoors, wandering, enjoying the sun and sighting a few signs of spring. Besides that we’ve been doing nearly nothing besides relaxing, eating a lot of candy and good food. We spent some time with my parents during the weekend at it was a lot of fun. What have you been up to?

Driving Home for Christmas

We arrived home yesterday. I slept a lot today, and now I am currently looking through, sorting and editing some pictures from our holiday.

Andreas’ mum driving away in the snow. For some reason this was really fun to edit. Me, finding it fun to edit a picture of a car?! Oh my…

Emmie

Photos that date back all the way to the 14th of May, I haven’t had the time to sit down and edit them until now (thanks for getting a cold? haha).

Anyway, back then me and my dear friend and muse Emmie went in to the studio together with my other friend Martina, who’s also the Make Up Artist for these shots -> Her Facebook page.

It was the first time for Emmie in the studio and it required some warming up but then it went just fine!

Earthy Portraits

Some portraits of Emelie that I shot a few weeks ago.
I love that forest, and the light was beyond amazing <3 I am ever grateful to mother earth for all her wonders and beauty, and for the fact that I am alive to see it and create art withing it all. Thank you.

A portrait of my friend and MUA Martina, using my new analogue camera the Nikon F-801 and some ektar. I really like it, the colors with ektar <3

I’ve now created a more personal category on my website, and a collection of analogue shots can be found there. So check it out!

Wedding: Rebecka and Rickard

When I got an email from Rebecka asking me if I wanted to shoot their wedding, I got excited and happy; of course I wanted to! When I then met them for the first time, I knew I’d made the right

decision, we seemed to be on the same page. They had a folder with inspirational pictures, and they had even scouted a place for the shoot – I was in heaven! I got even more excited when they asked if I wanted to be with Rebecka and her bridesmaids at the hotel in the morning, while they got ready.

Something else that fascinated me and made me smile, was that Rebecka and Rickard spent the last night apart, and did not see each other again until Rebecka walked through the doors of the church. The tension, oh my – she was so happy, yet looked very calm! I glansed at Rickard who stood in front of the church, waiting – but he too looked pretty calm and just.. peaceful and happy. I knew then, that these two are really meant to be. Something came over me where I pictures myself walking up the aisle having my loved one waiting for me, and I got goosebumps! I got myself together though, and shot the lovely ceremony.

The shoot afterwards was joyful, easy and full of laughter and waay to many kisses (almost) ;)
