Magic The Gathering

A card game, and one of my biggest hobbies and interest – what I do on my sparetime, when I’m not doing anything related to photography.

Usually me and Andreas get together with Kim and Magnus, and we play for hours, while enjoying good food and beer/wine. It’s a lot of fun, both the game and us sitting together having a great time!

MUGGLA

It’s the cup in the shape of an owl. The best cup ever. I got it from Jenny and I loooveee it (I love owls)! It’s my new favourite. Cup/mug in swedish is “mugg” and owl is “uggla” so the two together becomes -> muggla :D

Summer 2012 | A story told with photographs [mostly, some text involved]

Spent a weekend at Linn’s place, with her boyfriend Jens being there too. Then I went up to Sundsvall in the northern parts of  Sweden, where my boyfriend was – visiting his family. We lived at his mum’s place, made art with pearls and went to a second hand store (that had A LOT of stuff) with his mum, sister and his two nieces.

Selfportraits, the failing kind

Sometimes, the setting is awesome and the light too… But then you forget your remote and try to manually set the focus at a certain spot (or a sweater on the ground) and you run to and from the camera, because you need to use the timer, and thus have 20 seconds before your camera takes a picture. Also, once the sun starts to set… It does not take long before it’s gone.

Running around, and then the focus was wrong, the light was gone… Bah, I’ll give it a new try and Not forget my remote haha

Mehndi Owl

“The owl of Minerva spreads it’s wings only with the falling of dusk”

——-

Martina (my friend and make-up artist) made a mehndi owl on me last sunday. She’s been living in india and learned this lovely art. I am planning on making this owl into a real tattoo, but since it’s rather big, henna is a great way to test if it feels good first :) She did a great job!

Good Morning!

So it’s Monday and a new week has begun. My project is going rather well, I have quite a lot of pictures of my grandma, and I’ve now started to photograph her apartment with a wide angle lens – to give a good sense of how she lives. I feel it’s very important for the story to show how she lives.

I’ll soon head out to photograph the neighbourhood and her house from the outside, but I’ll also take some selfportraits. I did that a little when I woke up, cause the light in the kitchen was so lovely!

Shamanism

Two more shots from my little shaman/druid selfportrait shoot I spontaniously did last week.
